Kaya

For Orlando’s first Filipino Casual Fine Dining Restaurant, Ivy Borja Design curated the interior decor. The design brief was to style the entry, dining room and restrooms in a way that made you feel like you were at your “Tita’s House”, familiar yet elevated. Tita means Auntie in Tagalog. Kaya opened their doors in the Fall of 2022 and within their first few months, they were placed on Orlando’s recommended restaurants by Michelin. In April 2024, Kaya was awarded a Michelin Green Star. They have also been nominated as a James Beard Best New Restaurant Finalist.
